big win, more entries, workout

• New Found Treasure sat a perfect trip close up in the early going, took over the lead turning for home, and won going away with every stride by 8+ lengths under a picture perfect ride by Tyler O’Connor this evening at Penn National. She was not claimed and came back great post-race. This filly has been knocking on the door for us and was long overdue for a win. Congratulations to group #54, and trainer/partner Mark Salvaggio on a very nice win.

• Solar gets in a very contentious race Saturday at Gulfstream Park, a full 12 horse field with a lot of closely matched horses. That said, he ran a huge race (3^rd beaten a neck for the win despite a horrible trip) last time and with a similar effort and a little better trip, he’ll be very competitive once again.
• Bullion makes his long awaited return Dec. 26^th at the Fair Grounds, exactly as planned to have him ready for the Oaklawn Park meet that begins next month with some of the largest purses in the nation at all levels. It’s been a journey with this horse, all minor stuff, but a lot more time off than racing. With a little luck now our patience is about to be rewarded. Looking for a good return effort, setting him up for even better times ahead
• Magic Musketier doing fine, had a nice workout at Los Alamitos.
