It took a little longer than we had expected, but all horses develop at their own pace and our patience paid off as That's History broke his maiden in impressive style on February 16th in race 1 at Penn National, winning by 5 widening lengths at 7 to 1 odds. This three year old was bred to run long and after a terrible debut sprinting showed immediate improvement when 2nd in his first start around two turns on December 14th. We thought off that race we were sitting on a win with him, but he ran 5th in the slop and then 4th after a slow break in his next two starts. This evening, he got a fine trip under Andrew Wolfsont, sitting close to the early leaders, taking over with a bold move on the far turn, and drawing away to an easy win. Congratulations to all the happy owners! Kenwood Racing looks forward to a fine three year old year with him.
