Back in January, we were pleased to report we had found a wonderful retirement home for a beautiful horse who had an all-too-brief racing career cut short by injury, Wandagonenotastray. His new owner, Katie Nathan, posted a very kind comment on our Facebook page recently, which she said,

"I would like to thank Robb from Kenwood Racing for giving me the opportunity to welcome Wandagonenotastray to my family. I can’t say enough good things about this racing team and their dedication to finding appropriate homes for their thoroughbreds. Their love of horses is apparent in Wanda’s happy demeanor, incredible work ethic, and in his impeccable ground manners. I truly cannot say enough great things about this horse, and I am so grateful that Robb gave him to me. It’s going to be so much fun to see what the future holds for Wanda!

Everyone at Kenwood appreciates Katie and her family welcoming Wanda to their family.  We care about all our horses and when then time comes to retire them, we are committed to finding them a lifetime safe and loving home. Stories like this are truly a win-win for everyone.
