Kenwood Racing Weekly Horse Update
Our team members are making our way to Ocala for the March 2 year-olds in Training Sale. We will be looking to purchase 2-3 horses at reasonable prices to offer 5% shares in. Updates will be sent out following any purchase.
- Charge Account – What a great start for Group 65 and Charge Account! Charge Account was super impressive today, winning a quality race first time off claim at Gulfstream Park. Paco Lopez said she’d have won by a lot more if she didn’t start looking around once she made the lead, we’ll make use of that next time. What a great way to begin this group!
- Tracy Ann's Legacy finished a gutsy 3rd in the Captiva Island Stakes this past weekend at Gulfstream Park. She's now been stakes-placed twice since we claimed her. She's likely to run once or twice more in Florida before shipping north -- the Politely Stakes on Monmouth Park's opening weekend will be a possible target.
- Fire's Finale had another good breeze this past week (see below) at Palm Meadows. Kelly very happy with how he’s progressing towards his 3yo debut end of next month.

- Adhwaa is doing well out of her latest victory and is targeting an allowance at the end of the month at Aqueduct with a huge $85,000 purse.
- Life On the Edge was entered for a race on Sunday at Aqueduct for her 2021 debut, but the race didn’t go for Sunday. It was brought back for next Friday, so hopefully it will go then. It’s a sprint and although she has proven to be better long, we want one under her belt to have her ready to go long next time. Doing really well so still looking for a solid effort first time back.
- Brynbella is doing excellent, will be entered next week for races in 7-10 days.
- Seven Seven is training well at Belmont Park and close to his first timed work since returning to training, on schedule to run in NY this spring
- Pango is training very well at Penn National and will be pointed for the first turf races this spring.
- Fightress finished 7th in a blanket finish at Gulfstream Park and was claimed away from us in her Kenwood debut last weekend.
- Lisa Limon is now past her March 7th due date, but she did go a bit long last year, too. She could foal any day at this point, and has started to bag up a bit. She and her yearling colt by Liam's Map are both doing well (see walking video).
