  • Adhwaa gets in just the spot we were looking for at Aqueduct next week, a starter allowance event with a very large $55,000 purse. Of course not an easy spot but she’s earned a shot off her impressive maiden win at Laurel and an excellent work coming into this race. Whatever she does here she should have lots of opportunities to win for us this winter in NY-Pa.-Md. but we expect a good effort from her as a new year gets underway.

  • Tracy Ann's Legacy gets post #4 in the 11th and final race of the day in a large and super-competitive Abundantia Stakes to begin a new year tomorrow at Gulfstream Park. Claimed for just $22,000 at Monmouth Park in July, she’s earned several times that for us already and whatever happens here we will end up with a very nice profit after multiple trips to the winner’s circle already, if she’s managed properly.

  • Life On the Edge  good at Belmont Park. She’s trained well all week and will breeze in early January. She should be running in New York this winter for some very nice purses.
  • Blu Candy is back in training at Penn National, trained easily for two days now. If all goes well Mark can gallop her for 10-14 days, breeze her once or twice, and look for a race for her debut. She is as explained from the get go bred to mature and we’ve given her a ton of time and patience in hopes she’ll be a nice horse for us.
  • Seven Seven is expected to ship to Overbrook farm shortly, once the weather-track there improves enough to let him get some training in. He’s doing excellent in his final days of R&R at Sunset Meadow Farm.
  • Pango well and happy in Ocala at de Meric farm. He’s getting turnout in a nice paddock now, then daily swimming for about 30 days, and then will go back into training with the goal of having him fit and ready to return to trainer Mark Salvaggio at Penn by the end of the winter and ready to run when the first turf races appear in the northeast next spring. He had a terrific year for us, ending with two straight impressive wins, and we are looking forward to another big year with him in 2021.
  • Fire's Finale is doing great in Ocala enjoying a richly deserved bit of R&R. A little turnout in a nice paddock now and back in training end of next month.
  • Lisa Limon and weanling by Liam’s Map both very well in Kentucky. Lisa will be bred to the very popular young sire Bolt d’Oro in 2021. An exceptionally fast and beautifully bred horse, Bolt d’Oro was bred to 214 mares in 2019 and his first foals to hit the sales ring averaged over $90,000 as weanlings this year. Lisa is due have her second foal in early March by the top sire and racehorse Palace Malice.
